Byron Bay to Airlie Beach or Airlie Beach to Byron Bay

• This pass ticket allows travel in one direction only, either northbound only from Byron Bay up to Airlie Beach, or southbound only from Airlie Beach down to Byron Bay.
• It is designed for ‘hop on hop off’ travel in one direction, such as Byron Bay to Surfers Paradise, Surfers Paradise to Brisbane, Brisbane to Noosa, Noosa to Rainbow Beach, Rainbow Beach to Hervey Bay, then Hervey Bay to Airlie Beach (as an example).
• The direction of travel on your pass ticket becomes locked (to either north- or southbound travel) once you add your first journey.
• The pass is valid for 3 months from the date of the first journey added, and must be activated within 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable once you have added any travel.

Travel Tips

• Once you have purchased your pass ticket, we recommend that you add each journey to your pass ticket at least 72 hours in advance to guarantee a seat, particularly during peak travel periods such as Easter, Christmas, New Year and summer.
• Add each journey to your ticket online using the ‘Manage Booking’ link on our homepage. See our user guide for further details.
• We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance from a separate insurance provider to cover any additional expenses incurred due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Whilst we do our best to operate to schedule, our services can occasionally be delayed or disrupted due to road closures, cyclones, flooding, bushfires and holiday traffic, particularly during the peak Summer months.
